The Zaku is an iconic symbol in the Gundam universe and for this build I went with a straight forward interpretation, or as matter of fact replication, of a design by Fujioka as presented in Advance of Zeta - Flag of Titans Vol.2 page 34.

Modelers Note: This build once again uses Gundam Ultimate Operation as it’s core. Both the Zaku I and Zaku II were used as well as elements from the Dom. Parts from the Zaku I and Elmeth of Gundam Adapt round out this list.

Modelers Note: The stutzer unit is constructed of sheet styrene and left over bits I believe from the aforementioned Elmeth

Modelers Note: There is no rear view available of this sketch, so the generator for the Gelgoog Beam Rifle and the rear view in general is an educated assumption based on the rear of the Zaku Stutzer design.

Modelers Note: I added additional leg thrusters out of their aesthetic appeal to me.

Modelers Note: This is a 1/220 scale build.

Modelers Note: I shifted the wire cutter to the far left on the stutzer mount.

Modelers Note: This base is from an old gundam plamo kit, I think the 1/144 Zeong.

Modelers Note: Articulation is always a plus for display options.

In all I found this a very satisfying build, following a set design posed challenges I might normally work around altogether but here was required to meet. This build reminded me well to never toss away your bits, you never know what specialty pieces they might become.
