HGUC 024 RMS-141 ‘XekuEins’

This is the HGUC kit for the Xeku Eins from Gundam Sentinel. This MS serves as a strong MPT for the resistance group, New Decides. The kit does an excellent job of re-creating Hajime Katoki's design as if it came from the original model sculptor. It looks very impressive when complete. There is a sticker for the eye (or you can paint it like a real builder) and it comes with its main machine gun and two sabers that, when unpainted, are gray. The belt for the ammo to the Machine gun is bendable and there is a trigger finger for the right hand that can move. However, this does not exactly fit well into the gun. It seems to have an awkward time trying to hold the gun and it can only really do is an under the arm hold. It has a closed fist and open palm hand for the other hand so that it can hold the gun, but its a stretch. The bulky design gets in its own way and makes posing this kit very limited. The articulation isn't great either. The knee joints don't even do a full 90 degree angle. Also, the color molded for this is too bright. One needs to paint and shade this accordingly to give the suit justice.

In my opinion, it takes too much to make this kit just look good (as far as painting) even though the model is accurate. With the inhibited movement, this kit fell short of my expectations.
